Back of the House [Kitchen helper/dishwasher/Cleaner] Required for Chain of Restaurant in UAE Ensuring that every guest receives the best Just Burger Experience by providing them our signature product along with stellar service. Ensure that all food and products are consistently prepared and served according to the restaurant’s recipes, portioning, cooking and serving standards Responsible for kitchen cleanliness, restocking, providing continuous delivery of products that meet quality standards, and Understanding and enforcing all health, safety and sanitation regulations. Control food cost and usage by following proper requisition of products from storage areas, product storage procedures, standard recipes and waste control procedures including checking and maintaining proper food holding and refrigeration temperature control points Ensure that all equipment is kept clean and kept in excellent working condition through personal inspection and by following the restaurant’s preventative maintenance programs Team members may rotate with other team member positions as needed.
