Description

Infrastructure Engineer Responsibilities: • Responsible for managing the issues involved with administering and maintaining corporate, infrastructure, including network connectivity and day to day IT activities & ensures that all IT requirements of a company are fulfilled. • Performs systems administration functions such as managing user accounts and profiles, and maintaining hardware and software inventory and licenses • Training staff in the use of IT equipment also organizing and maintaining files and records. • Configuration, deployment, and maintenance of desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, scanners, monitors, and multifunction devices from leading manufacturers and vendors. • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all implemented systems and networks. • Managing assigned projects and program components to deliver services in accordance with established objectives. • Identifies recurring hardware and software problems and recommends plans for prevention and resolution • Ensures data security and availability through proper backup and verification procedures • Required basic knowledge on Oracle ERP or any other ERP , Basic Database Management skill on Oracle or any other Database & basic scripting. • Basic Health check and other DBA Activities-Database Sizes/ Log Sizes/ Temp Database • Conduct all internal application development / testing activities. • Office 365, Microsoft Exchange Support. • End User Desktop & Applications Support. • Proactive in resolving the issues and taking additional responsibilities • Required to travel to support to other company sites Infrastructure Engineer Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering. • Certifications like CCNA, MCSC in Infrastructure, Hardware & Networking is mandatory • Driving license is must
