Job Opportunity: Hotel Manager
Location: Dubai, UAE

We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Hotel Manager to lead our team in Dubai. The Hotel Manager will oversee all aspects of hotel operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and guest services.
Manage hotel staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
Develop and implement policies, procedures, and standards to ensure efficient operations and high-quality service.
Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to feedback and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain financial accountability by managing budgets, expenses, and revenue streams.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to promote the hotel and attract guests.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment for hotel staff.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Proven experience as a Hotel Manager or in a similar role.
Strong leadership and management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks effectively.
Knowledge of hotel management software and systems.
UAE residency or work permit is required.
