We are seeking a welcoming and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Host/Hostess. The Host/Hostess will be responsible for greeting guests, managing reservations, and ensuring a positive dining experience for our customers.

Responsibilities:

Warmly greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Manage guest reservations, seating arrangements, and waitlist efficiently.
Communicate with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth table turnover.
Provide accurate wait times and manage guest expectations during busy periods.
Escort guests to their tables and present menus, making them feel comfortable and valued.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/hostess stand and waiting area.
Assist in answering phones, taking reservations, and providing information to guests.
Collaborate with the serving staff to accommodate special requests and ensure guest satisfaction.
