the General Cashier you are responsible for banking function and administering the General Cashier fund in a timely and efficient manner.

General Duties of General Cashier • Develop and maintain manual and computer filing system and ensure that the files are properly named, catalogued and access is available

• Deposit the daily collection in the designated bank while accompanied by Hotel security in accordance with Hotel Standards

• Prepare the General Cashier Daily Report in a timely manner

General Responsibilities of General Office Assistant

• Function as custodian of petty cash fund and administer petty cash disbursements to Employees in accordance with Hotel Policies. Ensure that the fund is counted and reconciled at the end of the day • Pleasantly deal with customers to ensure satisfaction • Answer telephone, screen and direct calls • Take and relay messages, provide necessary information to callers • Greet persons entering organization and direct them to the correct destination. Announce Guests to the appropriate colleague.
