Sales Supervisor for a Fashion Boutique
• Serves as the Brand Ambassador.
• Ensure that the display dresses and belts, reception area and fitting rooms are always clean and organized at all times.
• Coordinating and supervising the day-to-day sales efforts of the team.
• Training and coaching team members on selling techniques
• Handle customer complaints professionally and efficiently in line with the company after sales policy.
• Demonstrate and maintain product knowledge, fashion trends, instore promotions at all times.
• Keep up to date on the fabric inventory and check always the current inventory level
• Gaining a thorough understanding of every customers’ needs in order to offer them the best solution.
• After sale, ensure to get the customers’ feedback.
• Promptly handling customer complaints, questions and issues.
• Ensure compliance with the 7 steps process are followed (Final Caftan Checklist)
• Ensure personal grooming standards of the staff at all times.
• Ensure that the customer database is accurate, details are complete and updated on the system.
• Ensure sales report are maintained, updated and regularly presented.
• Collaborate with the Senior Fashion Designer for the contents on social media.
• Give to the Production Manager and Master cutter the details of the orders:
changes of colours , sleeve design neck design, alterations etc ……..
• Doing prova and taking measurements
• Initiating changes to improve the business
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
