Position: Female Receptionist & Sales Coordinator
Purpose: Responsible for providing secretarial, clerical, administrative support as sales support to ensure smooth functionality for a biometric & security systems company.
Administrative Responsibilities & Expectations:
1. Handle telephone calls – receive, direct and relay telephone messages.
2. Deliver excellent customer service, at all times.
3. Deal with all enquiries in a professional and courteous manner, in person, on the telephone or via e-mail.
4. Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences and conference telephone calls. Provide word-processing and secretarial support.
5. Assist in in-house marketing activities.
6. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Sales Coordination Responsibilities & Expectations:
1. Supporting sales representatives
2. Arranging meetings & appointments for the sales team
3. Quote preparation & submission
4. Progressive follow-up with prospective clients
5. Coordinating sales & marketing related activities within the company.
