Ø In-depth know-how about import /export /cross trade business by Sea freight & Air freight
Ø On the job experience of international freight forwarding job costing and quotations.
Ø Proficiency to handle freight enquiries, quotations, and coordination with local, and international clients.
Ø Knowledge in rate & service negotiations with Shipping lines /airlines and overseas agents
Ø Expertise in handling clients and execution of time-bound & critical sea/air shipments.
Ø Familiarity with customs procedures and port operations.
Ø Bachelors with 1 to 3 yrs. of experience in customer service & Operations in a freight forwarding company.
Ø Ability to handle freight forwarding operations.
