Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for our clients.

Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
Provide information about products, services, and company policies.
Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently.
Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.
Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved to their satisfaction.
Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and improve service quality.
Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels.
Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
Requirements:

Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
Proficiency in using customer service software and MS Office Suite.
Fluent in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification in customer service is a plus.
