Description

Responsibilities:

Act as the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
Provide timely and accurate information to customers regarding products, services, and company policies.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and courtesy in all customer interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
Follow up with customers to ensure their needs have been met and resolve any outstanding issues or concerns.
Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions using CRM software or other tracking systems.

Requirements:

Proven experience in customer service or a related role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
