Job Opportunity: Construction Supervisor
Location: Dubai, UAE

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Supervisor to join our team in Dubai. The Construction Supervisor will oversee construction projects, manage teams of workers, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate construction activities on-site, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
Manage construction crews, subcontractors, and vendors, assigning tasks and ensuring efficient workflow.
Read and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
Monitor project progress, timelines, and budgets, and report to management regularly.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure project specifications are met.
Procure materials, equipment, and resources needed for construction projects.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure workmanship and quality meet standards and specifications.
Maintain accurate records of project expenses, materials used, and work hours.
Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
Train and mentor construction workers on safety procedures and best practices.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Construction Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and blueprints.
Proficiency in using construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
UAE residency or work permit is required.
