I am a civil engineer having post Graduation MBA in infrastructure construction management and bachelors degree in Civil Engineering with ample experience in construction , consultancy and team management. * Experienced in software as AutoCad,StaadproV8i, ETABS,SAP2000, MS Projects, MS Office etc. * Experienced in project management , site supervision, QS,Estimation, MEP ,HVAC works, documentation, inspection of sub-super structural constrains. * Able to work in a multi-discipline team including non-engineers. * Develop and maintain budgets and schedules, planning and execution of projects with safety environments. * Able to handle multiple projects from demarcation to TOC * Aware of pre-tendering and post-tendering process * Liaising with clients, consultants,subcontractors and other concern authorities. * Experienced in multi storied commercial , warehouse constructions and villa projects. * Holding an valid UAE driving license and member of society of engineers -dubai ### (I am able to join immediately as holding an visiting visa)
