Description

Responsibilities:
 Validate & check design plans, design drawing, quantities, and accuracy of calculations to
ensure compatibility of design during construction activity.
 To bring to notice if any discrepancies in drawings, quantities and rates as well as make
necessary changes if any.
 Setting up the sequence of work in accordance with the approved drawings and
specifications.
 Designed and distributed work orders, coordinated with client’s vendors and Sub-contractors.
 Ensure that all materials used and works performed are in accordance with the specifications.
 Review drawings, raise RFI, identify the variations and notify to the consultant
 To keep an eye on surveying works (i.e. to confirm the boundaries correctly) and set out (i.e.
plotting or marking of the plan on field/site as per plan on the sheet).
 Recommend effective quantities to prepare payment for subcontractor based on their work
performance and further works need.
 Making sure the project complies with legal requirements, especially health and safety.
 Liaising (coordinating) with consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity
surveyors and laborers.
 Keeping a record of drawings, technical reports and site diary.
 Review, provide input & manage project documentation throughout the project life cycle,
including all correspondences, submittal, drawing, method statements, inspection
documentation, etc..
