Description

Responsibilities:

Plan, design, and oversee construction and maintenance of building structures and infrastructure.
Prepare engineering designs, drawings, and specifications.
Conduct site investigations and surveys to assess project feasibility and requirements.
Estimate project costs and prepare budgets.
Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other professionals involved in construction projects.
Review and approve project plans and drawings.
Monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with design specifications, building codes, and safety regulations.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
Resolve construction-related issues and challenges that may arise during the project lifecycle.
Conduct quality control inspections to ensure workmanship meets industry standards.
Prepare progress reports and communicate project status to
stakeholders.

Requirements:

Proven experience in civil engineering and construction projects.
Strong knowledge of engineering principles, construction methods, and materials.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other engineering software.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
