Job Title: Cargo Loader

Job Overview:
We are currently seeking hardworking and dependable individuals to join our team as Cargo Loaders. The Cargo Loader will be responsible for safely and efficiently loading and unloading cargo onto aircraft, trucks, or ships, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods.

Responsibilities:
Load and unload cargo from aircraft, trucks, or ships using manual or mechanical equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, or conveyor belts.
Ensure that cargo is properly secured and distributed evenly to maintain balance and stability during transport.
Verify the accuracy of cargo manifests and shipping documentation, and report any discrepancies or damage.
Follow safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries during cargo handling operations.
Assist with the sorting, labeling, and organizing of cargo in designated storage areas.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure efficient workflow and timely delivery of cargo.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of cargo handling areas and equipment.
Adhere to company policies and procedures related to cargo handling and safety regulations.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in cargo handling, warehouse operations, or a similar role is preferred.
Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with handling and operating equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor belts.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in cargo handling and documentation.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Valid driver’s license and/or certifications for operating heavy machinery may be required.
