Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to customers by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering information about our entertainment services, events, and promotions.
Reservations and Bookings: Assist customers in making reservations, bookings, and ticket purchases for various entertainment events, shows, concerts, and attractions.
Event Information: Provide accurate and detailed information about upcoming entertainment events, including schedules, venues, artists, and ticket availability.
Problem Resolution: Handle customer complaints and concerns with empathy and professionalism, ensuring a positive resolution and customer satisfaction.
Sales Support: Upsell and cross-sell entertainment packages, merchandise, and additional services to maximize sales opportunities and enhance customer experience.
Record Keeping: Maintain detailed and organized records of customer interactions, transactions, and preferences using our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
Requirements:

Previous experience in a call centre or customer service role, preferably in the entertainment or hospitality industry.
Exceptional communication and active listening skills, with a friendly and patient attitude.
Knowledge and passion for various forms of entertainment, including music, movies, live performances, and cultural events.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks, and remain calm under pressure.
Proficiency in using computer systems, CRM software, and call centre technology.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as per the entertainment events schedule.
