Position:
Responsibilities:
Greet guests upon arrival and assist with luggage
Escort guests to their rooms and provide information about hotel facilities
Handle guest inquiries and requests in a courteous manner
Maintain a professional and welcoming demeanor
Assist in coordinating transportation for guests
Collaborate with the front desk and concierge teams
Ensure the safety and security of guests and their belongings

Requirements:
Previous experience as a Bell Attendant is preferred
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Physical fitness for handling luggage
Knowledge of the hotel layout and services
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
