Daily reported to Planning & Purchase department to Incoming materials. Verification of Incoming materials with security supervisor. Maintaining material incoming register, stock register, rejection register, inventory register. Responsible for coordinating and handling the customer complaints. Responsible for preparing quality alerts and one-point lesson for customer complaint. Arranging materials as per requirements, prevention, proper tagging of new received materials And updated location in ERP software Responsible for allocation of manpower to appropriate quality station. Responsible for Implementing Kaizen and Poke yoke for customer complaints and internal improvements.
