IT Support Engineer
• Responsible for creating new user profile creation, providing file server access, installing printers to staff and its subsidiaries
• Provide support for all PCs, Network/Local printer, internet, IP phone , issues, follow-up for pending tasks & ensure closure the same
• Demonstrated expertise in configuring, installing and troubleshooting PC systems, Microsoft, MS office applications, network configuration, and memory Management
• Get Employee Entry & Exit forms approved by department heads
• Providing IT Support to all the branches for Printer, Email issues, N/W Issues & Phone connection problem
• Upgrading PCs with relevant Software’s & Hardware’s
• Provide support to domain issues like password resets, email access
• Performing task on Domain/Work Group environment using different services like Active Directory and File Server
• Develops tools, procedures, and training sessions for Operations, Client Support and Systems Development staff to assist with work.
• Maintain network facilities in individual machines, such as drivers and settings of personal computers as well as printers.
• Support Storage/Backup, Monitoring daily backups status, Backups and Recovery, Operational Systems, Virtualizations Systems, LAN & WAN, Wireless, and Networking
• Manage workflow and service request through Clients call ticketing system
• Installing the Desktop basic application & Client Setup application’s
• Maintaining Inventory of all equipment, software and its licenses
• Assist senior Manager IT projects in finding software tools required for operations and Recording each and every incident in the internal help desk tool and also Monitoring daily backups.
• Support Microsoft Office products – Outlook, Word, Excel, and Internet Explorer
• Install/configure computer systems, diagnose hardware/software faults & provide technical support
• Provide enhancement request feedback to IT regarding technology environment and customer needs through the defined processes
• Provide support, including procedural documentation, reports, testing, evaluating new technology
• Imaging/Re Imaging end user desktop and laptop machines as well as Software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting for end users
• Resolution and recovery for hardware/software problems. When unable to resolve, escalate to second or third level in accordance with Help Desk escalation processes
• Flexibility to work under pressure and to respond quickly to new demands
• Completing the task as assign by the IT Manager
