Description

We are searching for Assistant Storekeeper

Arrange & maintain sufficient stock of consumables, hardware, & paint materials etc. as per workshop requirements.

Supply the required materials to mechanical section, paint & Bodyshop.
Make local purchase orders LPO for workshop.
Raise requisition & LPOs for local purchase after Service Manager approval with the contract vendors.
Maintain the records & stocks of HI – TECH G.M. special tools & issuance of the above Tools & of daily requisition hand tools to technicians as per their needs.
Responsible for yearly inventory of workshop tools & equipment & maintaining its record.

Arrange to receive quotation from different vendors & update to Service Manager.
Maintain records and ensure stock control of all items handled in the store.
Enhance and follow company’s quality management system as well as rules and regulations.
Perform other duties that may be assigned by superior.
