Are you an organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent administrative skills? We are currently seeking a dedicated Administrative Secretary to join our team in Dubai.

Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and handle correspondence.
Organize and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for the team.
Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports and presentations.
Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries.
Requirements:

Proven experience as an administrative secretary or in a similar role.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
