General Accounting
 Prepares and records asset, liability, revenue, and expenses entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
 Summarizes current financial status by collecting information, preparing a balance sheet, P&L statement, and other reports.
 Maintains general and subsidiary ledgers, accounts receivable, revenue distribution, depreciation, cost, property, and operating expenses, and insurance records.
 Handle full spectrum of financial and cost accounting role e.g. AR, AP, GL, forecasting.
 Responsible for timely monthly consolidated financial statements, payments, cash & fund flow management reporting.
 TB: Maintains general ledger by transferring subsidiary accounts and preparing a trial balance.
 Financial statement: Prepare financial statements and schedules for internal reporting
 Analysis & Report: Perform financial analysis and reporting to management as needed.
 Provision: OPEX Preparation and Provision Preparation for bad debts, sales allowances, and inventory obsolescence
 VAT: Compute taxes owed, prepare tax returns and ensure prompt payment
 Budget & Forecasts: Assist in the preparation of quarterly forecasts and annual budgets
 Auditing: Assist in auditing activities by providing the necessary information and preparing requested documentations.
 AR & AP: Handling Supplier/customer Statement of Account Reconciliation, Follow-up and resolve past due accounts.
 Reconciliation: Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
 Assist Heads of the Department to improve their financial awareness and provide them with relevant financial information for their operations
