I’m Saneesh from India, a native of kerala and a Commerce graduate have overall 12 yrs of experience(6yrs in UAE) in Accounts and Finance
I have been working with one Department store in Dubai for temporary basis, before that I had very good assignments in my career in UAE to work with 2 Major auditing and business advisory companies. Out of that HORWATH MAK UAE is an member firm of Crowe Horwath Global Accounting firm is ranked as 5th in World and 1 in UAE. I also employed in one Shipping Company in Jebel Ali that was my very first career in UAE
Regarding my work profile in Dubai, I worked a staff accountant for our clients as part of our audit assignment and also performed a basic accountant job role of an In house accountant for some of my client companies where there wasn’t a full time accountant. Over those period I was responsible for the maintenance of full financial records of the client companies , starting with accounting software implementation with my IT team member, Preparation of chart of accounts based on companies’nature, back log ¤t data entries as visiting weekly/monthly basis, Data import&export over different softwares, monthly monitor their accounts, correct the discrepancies in voucher entries, authentication of payments, proper classification/regrouping of expenses to determine actual G/P, Passing month end provisional/Accrual entries and prepare P&L,B/sheet,Cash flow in Excel ,allocation of project costs and revenues through cost/profit centre in order to prepare project wise report, So mainly ensure all the revenues and expenses were recognized on accrual basis.
I was also responsible for preparing year end Financial Reports , budgeting & forecasting and analyzed reports for the requested periods
In India I worked as a general accountant and branch accountant and performed the basic duty of accountant by doing Invoicing, Sending quotes, making LPO, writing cheques, follow up customers with ageing report, stock taking and inventory based reports..etc
Briefly I have provided my service to more than 50 co’s in different industries like Hotels, Shipping,coffee shops, Building construction, Real Estate, Interior Design&Execution Projects, Manufacturing and Share holding companies in Dubai
I’m well versed in all leading accounting software with ERP system such as Tally ERP9,Quickbooks(Enterprise, Pro with Online ver.),Peachtree,Dac Easy and also I have deep knowledge in handling Ms Excel (worked with Macros,Pivot table, Filter, Nested If, Vlookup, “Search”, Conditional Format and other basic functions)and Power point Presentation. I have mostly worked with large volume of data and have good processing skill and up to final reports with presentable formats
