AC Technician

Description

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced AC Technician to join our team. As an AC Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing air conditioning systems for our clients. Responsibilities include:

Installing new AC units according to manufacturer specifications and local building codes
Performing routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning coils, replacing filters, and checking refrigerant levels
Diagnosing and troubleshooting AC system malfunctions
Repairing or replacing defective components, such as compressors, motors, and thermostats
Conducting regular inspections to identify potential issues and prevent breakdowns
Providing exceptional customer service and communicating effectively with clients to explain repair options and recommendations
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; completion of HVAC training program or apprenticeship preferred
Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing a variety of AC system makes and models
Knowledge of HVAC tools, equipment, and diagnostic techniques
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Excellent customer service and communication skills
